Job Description
Our client is a global manufacturer who is newly set up in the Eastern Seaboard of Thailand.
Responsibilities
- Managing technical projects using PJM standard methods, including feasibility studies, budget control, boundary condition evaluations, and risk analysis/forecasting, while communicating with internal and external partners.
- Ensuring timely submission and analysis of project progress, tracking and controlling quality and progress to meet project timelines.
- Coordinating projects internally and externally, collaborating with departments and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
- Supporting the TS team as needed by addressing long-term technical solutions and organizing daily TPM and CIP work.
- Performing other tasks as assigned by TD or GM.
- Handling the number of completed projects.
- Handling the project's success and performance.
- Handling the quality improvements in equipment.
- Handling the outcomes of internal and external training sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in English communication, both written and spoken.
- Strong skills in MS Office and CAD knowledge.
- Strong skills in analysis, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.
- Excellent planning, organizing, and communication abilities.
- Proficient in project coordination with a strong team-oriented mindset.
- Experience in people management.
- Practical knowledge and experience in mechanical, electrical, or facility management, with expertise in at least one field being an advantage.
