Position Requirements

  • Providing a high level of support to Services Sales for all activities requirements.
  • Handling Administration work in the company's system.
  • Updating, maintaining and following up on Order, Delivery and Invoicing.
  • Providing reports as required.
  • Following up on the Logistics schedules.
  • Undertaking other duties as required.

Qualifications Professional Skills & Experience

  • At least 1 - 3 years experience in Customer Service.
  • Excellent computer skills, strong Excel.
  • Very strong administration background.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Having experience in logistics.
  • Ability to manage change.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Prefer to have SAP knowledge flow in purchasing, project and sale order process.
