Job Description
Our client is a leading global telecommunications solutions provider that has built up product portfolios and services including mobile networks, broadband networks, IP-based networks, optical networks, telecom value-added services, and terminals.
Responsibilities
- Handling main PIC for client and platform.
- Supporting clients to ensure smooth day to day operations.
- Coordinating with a platform for campaign packages or any activities on platform.
- Updating monthly promotional summaries with CS – inform (customer service).
- Handling the Campaign Monitoring including Live and Campaign period (campaign 10.10)
- Creating Monthly Report Performance and developing presentations to clients with JP PIC.
- Dealing and Negotiate with platforms for visibility and other supports
- Handling inventory management (stock forecast and manage GWP).
- Handling PIC to send SO (Service Order) , Compensation amount and Invoice to the client.
- Handling Live PIC (script confirm/send /receive product) coordinate กับทีม Live.
- Handling Ads PIC to coordinate with Performance marketing (AS Team).
- Handling AFF PIC (send/receive the product with the client) KOL
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
- Min 2 Years in Account Executive or Key Account.
- Fully understanding of e-commerce platforms' structures and processes such as Lazada, Shopee, and Tiktok. Priority for those with experience working at Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly focused on finding solutions, getting things done and hitting targets.
- Good at communication & negotiation.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written in both English and Thai.
