Job Description

  • Recruitment Strategy

    • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and organizational goals.
    • Developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals).
    • Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Candidate Sourcing

    • Utilizing various channels, including online job portals, LinkedIn, networking events, and recruitment agencies to source high-quality candidates.
    • Proactively identifying potential candidates through headhunting and targeted outreach.
  • Screening & Interviewing

    • Reviewing resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
    • Conducting initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
  • Employer Branding

    • Promoting the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
    • Engaging with the community and industry networks to boost the organization’s visibility as an employer of choice.
  • Candidate Experience

    • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
    • Providing timely feedback and updates to candidates regarding their status.
  • Job Offers & Negotiations

    • Collaborating with hiring managers to extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and facilitate the onboarding process.
    • Ensuring compliance with internal hiring policies and procedures.
  • Data Management & Reporting

    • Maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities, including candidate pipelines and interview feedback.
    • Tracking recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
    • Preparing reports and analytics on recruitment performance for senior management.
  • Relationship Management

    • Building strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and candidates.
    • Acting as a trusted advisor to the business on hiring decisions, market trends, and recruitment best practices.
  • Compliance

    • Ensuring all recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.
    • Maintaining a fair and non-discriminatory hiring process.
  • Continuous Improvement

    • Staying updated with industry trends and recruitment technologies.
    • Suggesting improvements to recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • English communication is a must.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and interviewing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
