The HR Manager will lead the HR department and support the growing team at our Thailand factory. This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

 

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Managing the entire recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Overseeing employee relations, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
  • Designing and implementing training and development programs to improve employee skills and performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintaining current knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Managing performance appraisal systems and guiding managers on performance management and employee evaluations.
  • Developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures, ensuring clear communication to all employees.
  • Analyzing HR metrics and providing reports to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborating with department heads to understand HR needs and provide tailored support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in HR management or a related field.
  • At least 5 - 10 years of experience working as an HR generalist, preferably for an international company, reporting to a foreign national.
  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Very Good Communication Skills in English.
  • Strong coordination skills with teamwork proclivity
