Job Description
Our client is widely recognized for providing a comprehensive array of engineering-related solutions across various fields such as mobility, water, energy, construction, and industrial domains.
- Handling the Tenders and controlling the overall budget of the project.
- Working under the Project Manager’s supervision.
- Preparing the procurement strategy with the Project Manager before submission to the Client for approval.
- Coordinating the preparation of the tender documentation packages (contracts...).
- Reviewing and comments on the Bills of Quantities provided by the Architects and Engineering Consultant or Quantity Surveyor and coordinating with others.
- Compiling and sending out the tender documentation, tracking the progress of submissions.
- Recording the clarifications from tenderers and coordinating with others to provide answers and replies – reports to the Project Manager.
- Analyzing tender packages for contractors (all packages).
- Collecting the Offers analysis and reporting all packages.
- Attending and leading the Tender Clarification meetings - all packages.
- Attending the Final negotiation with contractors for all packages and the Project Manager and Client.
- Confirming with the Client the selection of contractors - all packages.
- Preparing letters of Acceptance and contractor contracts - all packages.
- Coordinating the contract agreements.
- Monitoring the progress and delays in tenders.
- Being responsible for legal matters and contractual management.
- Handling the Cost control of the project.
- Working under the Project Manager’s supervision.
- Managing contracts of contractors during the works.
- Following up the costs including variation during the works.
- Approving the contractor's settlements (Quantity surveying) before proceeding to Interim Payment Certificate (monthly claims).
- Following up on the costs including variation orders during the design and works.
- Preparing the final accounts for submission to the owner.
- Managing the preparation of Appendix / Addendum contracts in coordination with the Tender Manager and Project management.
- Updating the project's overall budget tracking accordingly with the QS (if any).
- Handling other related tasks assigned.
Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of working experience related to Tender Manager and Contract Management.
- Good command of Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good command in AutoCAD program, if command in Revit program would be an advantage.
- Good command of English and Thai both spoken and written.
- Having a Personal car and driving license would be an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-diagnostic skills.
- Positive attitude towards resolving problems.
