Responsibilities
- Driving new growth initiatives in the business through strategic planning, analysis, and industry partnerships.
- Preparing persuasive proposals and presentations for potential clients, highlighting the company’s strengths and offerings.
- Finalizing contracts and agreements with clients and vendors, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to shape and execute business growth strategies.
- Staying informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and risks
- Boosting revenue by securing new customers, establishing partnerships, and expanding existing business lines.
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and adjusting strategies as needed.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of successful experience in business development preferably in IT business.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance or related fields; advanced degree or technical background preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IT sectors; excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
- Proven ability to cultivate and sustain relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Skilled in MS Office and relevant industry applications; highly organized, adaptable, and available to travel as required.
