Job Description

Our client has been engaged in business under the management of highly experienced executives who provide a wide range of power generators, and comprehensive services, including electricity system design, consultation, product selection, and after-sales service from expert engineers.

They are now looking for a suitable candidate to join them in the position of Government Sales & Project Manager (Electrical Power Generator).

Job Description (Government Sales Manager - Electrical Power Generator)

  • Being able to offer Electrical Power Generators to Government projects and Real estate developers.
  • Maintain and Develop good relationships with Government customers.
  • Preparing bidding documents and other contracts.
  • Developing channels and customers to achieve sales targets.
  • Reaching out to potential customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of the product Implementing new business strategies to expand existing customer base and to secure targets by searching and screening for new customers such as corporate projects, real estate developers, interior designers, and government projects.
  • Building long-term and strong relationships with new and existing clients, especially with the Government segment, Owner, Developer, Designer and Main Contractor.
  • Making quotations for the customers, closing the deal, and reminding debt balance.
  • Meeting the customers on planning week.
  • Ensuring forecast and being responsible for performance goals and KPIs.

Job Description: (Project Manager - Electrical Power Generator)

  • Overall, being responsible for the project implementation until the job close-out.
  • Planning team execution: Planning projects by delegating to team members for execution within schedule and budget.
  • Coordinating with clients, vendors and internal departments as required for the project execution. 
  • Controlling installation, inspection, Electrical and instrument installation Cable routing & Connection works supervision checking customer's drawing and commissioning work of a subcontractor.
  • Controlling and preparing the purchase of products and/or materials to efficiently company budget and meet customer requirements.
  • Being responsible for progress reporting and attending periodic progress/review meetings with customers.
  • Issuing monthly progress and/or weekly reports to customers as a project requirement.
  • Being responsible for Quality Assurance within the project, including all outgoing checks on the system.
  • Being responsible for the site management of projects according to contractual conditions within schedule and budget allocations.
  • Submitting a project closure report (project summary) to management at the end of the project.
  • Handing over the project to the service department.
  • Performing other tasks that may be assigned by the Management.

Qualifications

  • Not over 45 years old with at least a Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 5-10 years experience in Sales dealing with government and Control installation projects.
  • Have strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation. 
  • Owns a car and has a driving license.
  • Willing to travel for a short assignment.
