Our client is one of the well-known retailers in Thailand.

Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of facilities maintenance and operations, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Leading day-to-day mall operations, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for shoppers and tenants.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, addressing concerns and supporting their operational needs.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and conducting regular inspections.
• Developing and managing the facilities budget, overseeing contracts and procurement for services.
• Leading and mentoring a team of facilities staff, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
• Overseeing tenant lease agreements and ensuring adherence to building policies.
• Implementing preventive maintenance strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities management or related fields.
• Experience in the retail industry would be an advantage.
• Good command of English both written and spoken.
• Well-organized, proactive and good management skills.
