Job Description

Our client is one of the world's largest electronics manufacturers.

They are now looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Service Manager Shop. 

Responsibilities

  • Managing the storefront of the branch Maintain orderliness and beauty within the store and storefront to meet the company's standards. To attract customers at all times.
  • Managing and caring about pending repair orders.
  • Taking care of KPIs to meet the goals set by the company.
  • Training employees on products, customer service and high-standard warranty policies. Service centre management and daily service problem monitoring KPIs.
  • Evaluating customer satisfaction and creating strategies to increase customer satisfaction levels.
  • Investigating and resolving complex customer issues or problems that have been accumulated for a long time.
  • Managing the management of spare parts and the return of spare parts.
  • Coordinating with the internal Xiaomi team to support all activities.
  • Following and viewing customer feedback on social media.

Requirements

  • Male/female.
  • 25-35 years old.
  • Experience as a mobile phone service centre manager for 2 years or more.
  • Graduated with a bachelor's degree.
  • Have good communication To send information smoothly.
  • Can listen, speak, read and write Chinese or English well.
