Overview

We are looking for an experienced Transformation Manager with strong skills in data analytics and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will lead strategic initiatives aimed at driving organizational change, improving performance, and supporting overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and managing transformation projects across various departments.
• Translating data-driven insights into actionable plans and overseeing their implementation.
• Identifying and managing risks and opportunities to optimize business strategies.
• Conducting thorough performance analyses to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Developing strategies to enhance efficiency, profitability, and resource allocation.
• Collaborating with internal teams to align strategies with business objectives.
• Leading the development of analytical models and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Presenting findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field. 
• Proven experience in project management and data analytics.
• Strong expertise in Power BI and data analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in managing change and driving cross-functional projects.
