Our client has been a service provider of packaging tools, and machines for over 100 years worldwide, and 20 years in Thailand.

Responsibilities

• Providing a high level of customer service, responding to customer needs and working to satisfy customer expectations.
• Providing on-call assistance to customers with Machine installation and maintaining electrical equipment or machinery performance.
• Coordinating with overseas teams to implement or solve machine problems. 
• Handling spare parts and servicing quotations.
• Ordering and restocking materials when it is required.
• Participating in ongoing local and overseas training to keep up to date with the latest developments in electrical engineering.
• Leading or assisting with the support of projects.

Qualifications

• 25 - 30 years old. Male only.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related. 
• At least 1-2 years experience as a service engineer.
• Good command of English both written and spoken.
• Have a Driver's license.
• Knowledge of PLC will be a plus. 
• Able to travel align with customer needs.
• Working on Monday - Friday 8.00-17.00.
