Job Description
Our client has been a service provider of packaging tools, and machines for over 100 years worldwide, and 20 years in Thailand.
Responsibilities
- Providing a high level of customer service, responding to customer needs and working to satisfy customer expectations.
- Providing on-call assistance to customers with Machine installation and maintaining electrical equipment or machinery performance.
- Coordinating with overseas teams to implement or solve machine problems.
- Handling spare parts and servicing quotations.
- Ordering and restocking materials when it is required.
- Participating in ongoing local and overseas training to keep up to date with the latest developments in electrical engineering.
- Leading or assisting with the support of projects.
Qualifications
- 25 - 30 years old. Male only.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related.
- At least 1-2 years experience as a service engineer.
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
- Have a Driver's license.
- Knowledge of PLC will be a plus.
- Able to travel align with customer needs.
- Working on Monday - Friday 8.00-17.00.
