Responsibilities
- Analyzing posts, comments, images, videos, and other user-generated content to determine if they comply with the platform’s community guidelines.
- Spotting content that violates rules such as hate speech, harassment, nudity, violence, misinformation, or other inappropriate material.
- Removing, flagging, or blocking inappropriate content, and sometimes issuing warnings or bans to users who repeatedly violate policies.
- Ensuring that the platform remains a safe and welcoming environment by strictly enforcing rules and maintaining consistency in moderation.
- Documenting and reporting content that may require further investigation, such as illegal activities or threats, to higher authorities within the company or law enforcement if necessary.
- Providing feedback to the policy team based on emerging trends or new types of content that may require updates to the community guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Non-Native Speaker is required the Topik at least level 5 or 6.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and various content types.
- Ability to stay current with evolving content policies and guidelines.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in different shifts rotation (24/7 shifts).
- Previous business process outsourcing, customer service, or content moderation experience is a plus.
- Native speaker in the support language and B2 English.
