Job Description
- Supporting the Sales Director in establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
- Mainly being responsible for the sales of company products.
- Forecasting realistic and reasonable sales targets and achieving/exceeding targets set.
- Conducting thorough market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape for strategic sales planning.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales forecasts, and market feedback.
- Supporting the joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives with a productive partner relationship.
- Proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating partners.
- Ensuring partner compliance with partner agreements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degrees in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
- 4 to 6 years of Sales Experience in a B-to-B Sales Environment.
- Strong communication skills, Self-motivated and strong sales aptitude, Strong Commercial background (experienced in selling Heat Exchangers to Chemical Industry and Power Plants), Ability to understand business needs/market strategy.
