We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the operations of their clinic.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the entire clinic process, including facility design, equipment procurement, and staff recruitment.
- Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective clinic operations.
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care by overseeing clinical staff and processes.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
- Implementing quality assurance measures to monitor and improve patient outcomes.
- Providing leadership and mentorship to staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Managing employee performance and addressing any issues promptly.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a clinic setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computer software applications, including electronic health records.
