We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the operations of their clinic. 

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the entire clinic process, including facility design, equipment procurement, and staff recruitment.
• Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective clinic operations.
• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care by overseeing clinical staff and processes.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Implementing quality assurance measures to monitor and improve patient outcomes.
• Providing leadership and mentorship to staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Managing employee performance and addressing any issues promptly.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a clinic setting.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using computer software applications, including electronic health records. 
• A passion for providing exceptional patient care.
