Job Responsibilities
- Greeting and registering guests.
- Setting up a business plan, and new set-up for the Hotel such as policy, workflow, etc.
- Inspecting the grounds, public areas and guest rooms for appearance and cleanliness.
- Ensuring company standards for housekeeping, decor and guest services are met.
- Answering guest questions about hotel services and policies.
- Keeping track of the hotel’s financials and making a profit with cost reduction.
- Interviewing, hiring, training and terminating staff.
- Monitoring staff performance, ensuring the hotel is running well and guests are happy.
- Coordinating front-office and back-office activities and resolving any problems.
- Setting budgets and room rates, allocating funds and approving expenditures for various departments.
Qualifications
- Female 30-40 years old, Thai only.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in overall Hotel Management from the Hotel industry is a must.
- Hotel 3-4 star is preferred.
- Strong background in business planning, setting up a hotel such as a workflow, managing shifts for staff, etc.
- Good knowledge of the Hotel industry is a must.
- Able to communicate basic in English.
- Strong in MS Office and able to work manually.
- Working 5 days/week at Soi Ramintra 44.
