Job Overview
We're looking for an energetic and goal-driven Vendor Incubation agent to join our team. The perfect candidate will have an important role in educating, consulting and building good relationships with new sellers to make sure they can grow and fit well into our business.
Responsibilities
- Training and guiding new sellers on the features, processes, and best practices.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with sellers to foster collaboration and mutual success.
- Addressing and resolving any issues or concerns raised by sellers in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborating with a diverse team to identify and address issues.
- Conducting regular reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Possessing basic analysis skills to monitor seller performance and suggest ideas to increase sales.
- Demonstrating high accountability and responsibility in completing tasks and taking ownership of each account.
