Our client is a luxury watch brand.
They are now seeking a Sales Associate(SA- High-end Luxury Watches) to join their team and work at Bangkok ( Central Ladprao, Central Embassy, Mandarin Oriental).
Responsibilities
- Selling and performing customer service duties.
- Promoting luxury timepieces to customers.
- Managing customer relationships and satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Learning and developing knowledge of product lines, features, and benefits.
- Advising clients across the brand and all product categories.
- Handling sales planning and business management.
- Developing and implementing monthly sales management plans to achieve sales targets.
- Managing the implementation of window launches in a timely and quality manner, and executing as per guidelines.
- Managing the boutique documentation/filings and adhering to timely reporting submission requirements.
Qualifications
- M/F, not over 40 years old and open to all genders.
- At least 1-year experience in a sales role in luxury brand fashion.
- Able to work well under pressure and speak fluent English. If you can speak Chinese it will be an advantage (or other languages).
- Being a Flight Attendant or from any related services occupational sector is welcomed.
- Good selling skills and a sales focus.
- Service-minded, good cooperation and interpersonal skills.
