Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Strengthening strategic partnerships with influencers and identifying new opportunities within the affiliate program.
- Engaging with influencers daily to provide guidance, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with objectives.
- Designing and implementing ongoing programs to nurture influencer partnerships, including phone calls, video training, and both online and offline events.
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), track campaign performance, and analyze data to optimize activation and content strategies.
- Managing influencer relationships across various social media platforms, including websites, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Lemon8, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Staying updated on industry trends, influencer channels, and relevant campaigns to devise and implement effective incubation programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Background in influencer marketing or growth marketing, with prior experience or relationships with influencers or content creators, is a plus.
- Proactive, motivated, and eager to make an impact.
- Excellent written and spoken Thai and English.
- Knowledge of affiliate programs is an advantage.
