They are now looking for a suitable candidate to join their team in the position of Sr./Project Manager (Hospitality - BKK & Phuket).
Job Description
- Responsible for managing all construction process aspects of the projects and assuming full.
- Developing ideas and designing from the conceptual stage. Establishing business requirements and developing a program for each design to suit the market demand & design trend and be within budget.
- Overseeing all design processes to ensure following building/architectural regulations and practices. Conducting regular reviews of schematic design drawings development drawings and construction documents.
- Managing and controlling the project's design process corresponding to the construction budget and time schedule.
- Participate and make recommendations in the areas of master plan, architecture, landscaping and other related designs in new development projects.
- Ensuring all designs, plans and drawings comply with corporate/engineering/market standards.
- Professionally representing the company as a head of design.
- Planning, organizing, scheduling and managing all design activities of the project in consultation with the construction team.
- Controlling costs within the allocated budget through every phase of the project including design and construction, ensuring top quality workmanship.
- Coordinating with government departments on various aspects such as relating to design regulations controls and the issue of construction permits.
- Able to travel to Phuket.
- Working 5 days. (Monday - Friday 09.00 - 18.00).
Qualifications
- Male/Female. 30-45 years old.
- Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Civil/Architecture or related fields.
- At least 5 years experience from a design professional office in combination developer firms.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager for Hotels, Resorts, Residential development and Mixed-used projects are advantageous.
- Good command of English, both written & spoken.
- Adequate knowledge of Interior and Landscape.
- Good knowledge of computer software. Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.
- Strong Leadership, excellent presentation & PowerPoint skills are advantageous.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
