Job Description

  • Organization
    • The Truck Maintenance Department Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing truck maintenance operations to meet KPIs, and supporting the operational readiness of heavy machinery for each job site. This includes providing consultation, explaining internal issue resolutions, and ensuring department employees adhere to company policies.
  • Internal Department Relationships
    • Coordinating with Procurement to track parts orders, ensure quality, and oversee external contracting.
    • Communicating with Ground Transportation groups to monitor truck maintenance and project activities.
    • Collaborating with Accounting to track monthly repair costs.
  • External Relationships with Organizations Outside the Factory or Related Companies
    • Engaging with both internal and external contractors within the company.
  • Authority and Responsibilities
    • Managing the Heavy Machinery Maintenance Department to meet KPIs and support operations at various job sites.
    • Planning and monitoring the daily maintenance schedule of heavy machinery to ensure vehicles are operational and meet KPIs.
    • Overseeing and planning internal work within the truck maintenance department.
    • Monitoring and managing monthly maintenance costs.
    • Ensuring the availability and quality of spare parts.
    • Adhering to and enforcing company policies, ensuring that all subordinates comply with them.
    • Allocating manpower as needed to support maintenance work according to the plan.
  • Primary Responsibilities
    • Managing the Heavy Machinery Maintenance Department to meet KPIs, ensuring support for each job site.
    • Planning and monitoring the daily maintenance schedule of heavy machinery to ensure vehicles are operational and meet KPIs.
    • Overseeing and planning internal work within the truck maintenance department.
    • Monitoring and managing monthly maintenance costs.
    • Ensuring the availability and quality of spare parts.
    • Performing other duties as assigned by superiors.
    • Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and TIS/OHSAS 18001 standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to use and teach applications like Trello, Zoom, Photostamp, Open as App, Google Forms, and Maximo.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for learning.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
