Our client is a leading real estate agent, buying and selling various types of property including housing. They are currently looking for a multi-skilled candidate to fill the position of Sales Division Manager (Resale House) – Prefer Zone Nonthaburi.
Responsibilities
- Being responsible for Sales Division Manager (Resale House) – Prefer Zone Nonthaburi.
- Taking responsibility for sales for high-end - super luxury houses.
- Creating a new customer base and building strong relationships with existing purchasers.
- Training and coaching new staff.
- Monitoring sales team (5 staff) to accomplish the corporate target.
- Planning the sales strategy.
- Collecting information about the local property as well as taking the property photographs and arranging the site inspection.
- Preparing the details of the property, including all relevant information, for proposal to potential buyers.
- Arranging and coordinating with the owner for the inspection of the property by potential buyers.
- Advising on a reasonable and appropriate selling price and conditions of sale, given the condition and nature of the property.
- Coordinating between the property owner and the buyer, as well as any lawyer, to arrange the signature of the reservation form, offer letter, the Sale & Purchase agreement, and the registration of the ownership of the unit.
- Working 5 days per week. (8.30 – 17.30) 70% in the office.
- 40-50 years old, Male or Female.
- Bachelor of Marketing or related fields.
- Have experience of at least 5 years in Property & Luxury House.
- Experience in managing a sales team of no less than 5 people will be given special consideration.
- Experience in selling Horizontal real estate in Nonthaburi, Phetkasem will be given special consideration.
- Experience in selling real estate priced 5-15 million will be given special consideration.
- Experience working as a sales manager for at least 3 years.
- Able to communicate in Fair to English.
- Has own car and car driving license.
