Our client is a full-range logistics provider, including air/sea freight forwarding.
They are now looking for a suitable qualified candidate to join them in the Sr./Sales Manager (Freight Forwarding) position.
Job Description
- Promoteingcompany products Air & Sea Freight Service, Project & Cargo Service, Cross Border Transport, Multi-Modal Transport, Warehouse & Distribution Management, Self Storage & E-Fulfillment Center and Other Services.
- Preparing and achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and forecasts based on budgeted targets.
- Being responsible for working or assigning sales leads to a sales team with subordinates (4 - 5 sales executives).
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Providing regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and results to management.
- Working with internal teams like customer service, and accounting for daily operations.
- Doing any other work as assigned by the company from time to time.
- Working 5 days from 08.30-17.00 and working from home Saturday at 08.30-12.00 PM.
Qualifications
- Aged 30-45 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
- Has 8 years of experience in the sales freight forwarding industry and Management skills.
- Strong knowledge of international logistics, including air/sea freight forwarding
- Extensive team leadership experience.
- Confident in English skills.
- Owns a car and Driving License
