Job Description
Our client offers finance lease, operating lease, hire purchase, and auto lease services. These services enable businesses to acquire machinery, manufacturing equipment, office equipment, automobiles, and other assets. Additionally, they provide professional financial advice and solutions to clients.
The company is now looking for a suitably experienced person to join it as Sales Supervisor (Sales Leasing).
Responsibilities
- Regularly visiting the existing customers to maintain relationships and gather information on their investment and financial policies.
- Studying prospective customers’ financial situations and general information.
- Visiting prospective customers to promote the leasing business and enhance the company's reputation.
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers, promoting the leasing business, and seeking new partners.
- Discussing and proposing quotations to customers and following up to close sales.
- Following up on Notice of Expiration from customers.
- Gathering necessary documents for credit approval.
- Coordinating with internal departments to complete transactions and resolve issues.
- Negotiating with suppliers on asset specifications, agreement start dates, and payment schedules.
- Assisting and servicing customer requirements.
- Working with Marketing Promotion members to improve process efficiency.
- Preparing monthly commission reports for management.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Sales for the leasing industry and 1-2 years of experience as a Supervisor/ Asst. Manager skill.
- Good understanding of Leasing or knowledge.
- Good English skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong consultative and relationship management skills.
- Has driving license.
