Job Responsibilities
- Developing and evaluating financial models and feasibility studies for potential projects, including conducting detailed sensitivity analyses on cash flows, risks, returns, and project viability.
- Analyzing, executing, and explaining financial models, cash flow projections, and valuation techniques.
- Addressing audit concerns related to accounting standards and TFRS9 concepts.
- Creating corporate financial models and forecasting five-year financial statements.
- Overseeing annual budgeting processes for the company and its subsidiaries.
- Collaborating with IPO advisors, including legal and financial experts, to facilitate and manage the due diligence process.
- Seeking and arranging for equity and debt financing options such as bonds, bills of exchange, and investment funds to align with the company's needs.
- Coordinating with lenders and underwriters on issuing debentures, overdrafts, bridge financing, green bonds, or project financing.
- Managing credit facilities and maintaining relationships with financial institutions.
- Addressing daily operational issues and ad hoc tasks promptly as required by management and shareholders.
- Overseeing investor relations strategies and policies.
- Organizing investor relations events, preparing materials for SET Opportunity Day, analyst meetings, and investor roadshows.
- Assisting with the preparation and disclosure of information in line with SEC and SET regulations.
- Handling overall project management responsibilities.
- Performing additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Management.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in corporate finance or investor relations.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modelling, financial planning, and analysis.
- Knowledge of TFRS9 standards is a plus.
- Proficiency in both English and Thai languages.
