They are now looking for a suitable candidate to join their team in the position of Assistant Design and Planning Manager.
Job Description
- Overseeing designing & planning development plans.
- Developing complete, and coordinating design information at all stages of the project.
- Providing counsel and representation at key planning meetings and appeal hearings.
- Offering hands-on advice to management and staff.
- Preparing supporting documentation for proposals including key data related to projects: land use, infrastructure support, etc.
- Communicating with key stakeholders involved in the project including external.
- Working closely with the designer, supplier or related parties to ensure the job is complete.
- Providing design support to Project Management teams.
- Submitting Design information to the team and recording, tracking and closing out any comments and queries that arise.
- Reviewing the design concepts, floor plans, sections, elevations, amenities, and other drawings for the Project on a routine basis and providing feedback, creative design suggestions, directions and alternatives to the team and other consultants to assist in meeting the team’s goals for the Project.
- Establishing priorities and work schedules and managing resource needs/assignments.
- Knowing Land division.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- M/F. 27-35 years old.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or Interior only.
- At least 5 years of experience in design, land and/or construction.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to use AutoCAD and MS Office or related systems very well.
- Good communication, listening and presentation skills with an aptitude for superior written and verbal communication.
- Solid project management skills with the ability to be flexible when required.
- Proven problem-solving ability with creative skillfulness.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
