Our client is a retail company that was established in 1989. 

Job Responsibilities

• Leading and mentoring a team of account managers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in managing and collaborating with internal teams.
• Providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
• Analyzing costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
• Liaising with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances and internal control is maintained.
• Providing and reviewing financial reports under IFRS and interpreting financial information to management and group FD and CFO while recommending further courses of action.
• Overseeing operations of the finance department, setting goals and objectives, and designing a framework for these to be met.
• Corresponding with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken. 

Qualifications

• 30-38 years old, Thai only.
• A bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting is a must.
• At least 5-7 years experience in Accounting full function including month-end and year-end closing from Retail, Trading or related industries is a must.
• Strong background in managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS.
• Good command of English both written and spoken.
• Familiar to direct report with a foreigner is would be advantage.
• Hold a CPD license is a must and CPA is preferred.
• Having experience with the SAP program would be an advantage.
• Able to travel abroad.
• Able to work 5 days/week near BTS Siam.
