Overview

We are seeking an ERP Support Supervisor to join our team and oversee the efficient operation of our ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology (IT) and experience with ERP system support.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing a team of ERP support specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure the timely resolution of system issues.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify system improvement opportunities and drive the implementation of enhancements.
  • Monitoring system performance and conducting regular audits to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
  • Providing end-user support and training, ensuring that employees have the tools and knowledge to effectively utilize the ERP system.
  • Staying current with industry trends and best practices, making recommendations for system optimizations and upgrades.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Proven experience in ERP system support and administration.
  • Programming knowledge in SQL, SQL Server Database.
  • Strong technical knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Basic knowledge of Manufacturing operations is an advantage.
  • Work experience with Point-of-Sales (POS) would be a plus.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
