General Description of Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supporting the process of a new joiner.
  • Supporting the company's skill improvement and training programs.
  • Being the main responsible person for employee relation activities like conducting team-building activities and other cultural and sports activities.
  • Implementing HR policies & procedures as well as monitoring the effectiveness of these programs.
  • Providing feedback and analysis to improve the incentive and rewards program to attract & retain staff.
  • Working with functional leaders and internal units to ensure that career and training opportunities are being identified.
  • Advising and coaching staff about disciplinary issues and complex employee relations issues.
  • Handling all tasks assigned by HRD.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in HRM, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field.
  • Work Experience in IT or Telecommunication Business
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR Management, Compensation & Benefits, HR Shared Services, and Recruitment is preferred or experience to manage mid to large size organizations
  • Strong leadership experience in driving HR change projects.
  • Problem-solving, Systematic thinking, detail-oriented, communication and fast learning skills are required.
  • Be able to handle pressure situations.
  • Good command of spoken and written communication skills in English.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills/Pivot table/ V-lookup and experience with payroll systems.
