Job Details
- Designing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Utilizing diverse sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Sourcing and attracting candidates through innovative channels.
- Maintaining a talent pool and database for future hiring needs.
- Managing the full recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and providing feedback.
- Organizing and participating in job fairs, career events, and networking opportunities.
- Maintaining strong relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and universities.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Female/Male, up to 40 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment/Talent field.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is a plus.
- Good command of English.
