Job Responsibilities
- Evaluating and Developing the manufacturing process of new products.
- Planning and Collaborating with cross-functional teams of production lines, developing new techniques, modifying existing designs and coordinating process improvement projects.
- Performing process capability studies, statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making to achieve operational excellence and meet production targets.
- Participating in the APQP process, approving new products and processes.
- Generating and executing continuous improvement projects targeted to reduce waste, improve product quality, and reduce manufacturing cycle time.
- Analyzing the causes of problems and ways to improve them in the production system.
- Establishing and maintaining process documentation including Engineering Standard/PFMEA /control plan/process flow.
- Educating line Leader and operator on proper methods in which to operate machinery by technical.
- Cooperating with headquarters and other departments.
- Handling other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- At least 8 years experience as an Automotive Process engineer / New Product development engineer.
- Experience with the Assembly process.
- Experience in Tool design.
- Good command of both written and spoken English (TOEIC 550 scores up).
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Excellent skill on Excel data analysis skills.
- Leadership personality.
- Able to positively communicate with other departments.
