Job Details

  • Creating booking confirmations and issuing to customers.
  • Cooperating with related parties such as customers, the Document team and Logistics team, and the terminal.
  • Issuing invoices to customers.
  • Managing, planning, and following up on shipments processes.
  • Checking and updating charges for each booking and passing to the Document team for issuing invoices to customers. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experiences in the Customer Service field. 
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Good in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
