Job Details
- Creating booking confirmations and issuing to customers.
- Cooperating with related parties such as customers, the Document team and Logistics team, and the terminal.
- Issuing invoices to customers.
- Managing, planning, and following up on shipments processes.
- Checking and updating charges for each booking and passing to the Document team for issuing invoices to customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experiences in the Customer Service field.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
