General Description of Duties and Responsibilities
- Deep understanding, communicating, and clarifying the target customers of the data centre, exploring key opportunities in the data centre field, and guiding and promoting the key market targets.
- Based on the corporate strategy, regional and industry business objectives, gain insight into business opportunities and execute customer development strategies.
- Collaborating with all parties to plan, design, deliver, and accept customers' and partners' data centre solutions. Through project operation and customer relationship management, take responsibility for data centre integration project operation, revenue target achievement, and customer satisfaction.
- Building organizational relationships with customers and continuously expanding new customers and partners.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electrical automation, etc.
- At least 5 years of dedicated data centre infrastructure solution sales/service or design experience.
- Be able to understand customers' business, and strategic requirements, influence customers' plans and budgets, design solutions based on customer requirements, and comprehensively consider competition, profitability, and deliverability.
- Familiar with Data Center, UPS and Facility critical power supply products etc.
- Customer communication: Be able to influence customer decisions, effectively transfer product and solution values, establish a good trust relationship with customers, and influence customer decision-making.
- Project operation capability: Be able to promote lead generation in projects, effectively convert to opportunities, develop solution strategies, implement solutions, and achieve project success.
- Transaction management capability: Be able to develop effective commercial strategies, manage base prices, and achieve project profitability targets.
- Proficiently use office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, able to travel around the world, and adapt to the international working environment.
- Good English communication.
