Job Description

Our client provides clinics with more complete treatments for skin and equipment at affordable prices, along with care from experienced doctors to ensure that users receive effective results, both in terms of beauty and treatment.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals. 
  • Digital Marketing: Managing digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online-offline advertising. Optimize campaigns for performance and engagement.
  • Content Creation: Overseeing the creation of high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, social media content, videos, and promotional materials. Ensure content aligns with the luxury aesthetic brand.
  • Media Management: Coordinating with media agencies to plan and execute advertising campaigns. Negotiate media placements and ensure brand consistency across all media channels.
  • Market Research: Conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and adapt to market changes.
  • Budget Management: Developing and managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Track and report on marketing campaign performance.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives. 

Qualifications

  • Not over 35 years old.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience as a Marketing Manager in a Clinic or related field.
  • Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovative.
  • Budget-management skills and proficiency.
  • Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field.
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, digital marketing, etc.
