Responsibilities
- Providing and improving basic knowledge of Manufacturing Operating Systems (MOS).
- Leading activities and implementing the MOS program based on the project roadmap.
- Developing a continuous improvement culture and encouraging improvement in total Productive Maintenance - TPM (prerequisite), Lean, 6Sigma methodologies (Green belt, SPC, Kaizen, SMED).
- Being a project leader to deliver and execute projects or activities to be on time.
- Consolidating plant KPIs performance and analysing data to support plant performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field.
- Profound knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance.
- Experience in an international and multicultural environment.
- Excellence in Power BI, Excel, and Data analysis would be an advantage.
- Experienced in project management.
- Cross-functional exposure and collaboration.
- Change management experience.
