Job Description
Management of the Finance and HR Administration Department:
- Handling full sets of accounts (AP/ AR/ GL).
- Preparing Monthly Management Reports (MMR) which include P/L, B/S and cashflow reports with comments from a finance perspective.
- Managing & reporting business performance.
- Preparing and submitting monthly payroll and NPF payments.
- Preparing and submitting BOI administrative requirements to relevant authorities and companies.
- Preparing payment lists and bank statements after the end of the month, quarter and year closing.
- Preparing and submitting monthly withholding tax to the Thai Revenue Department.
- Supporting the preparation of administrative documents (as foreign company requirements) to the relevant authority.
- Preparing tax computations and liaising and working with the audit firm.
- Handling Petty Cash.
- Handling Human Resources Administration Team management.
- Managing the Recruitment and Employee contract's terms % and conditions.
- Managing HR administrative and General Administrative tasks.
- Handling the welfare of all employees.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in accounting qualification from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 10 years of accounting and finance experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with “Express accounting software”.
- Proficient in English.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment, managing finances of manufacturing accounting systems, cost accounting, budgeting, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with minimum supervision and in a team environment.
