Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization through its next phase of growth and innovation. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership, drive operational excellence, and foster a culture of collaboration and performance across all departments.

• Operational Excellence: Enhancing operational processes and efficiencies to optimize project delivery timelines and quality standards.
• Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand our footprint in the housing construction sector.
• Team Development: Building and mentoring a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and professional development.
• Stakeholder Management: Cultivating strong relationships with clients, investors, regulatory authorities, and other key stakeholders to uphold the company's reputation and enhance market presence.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards while effectively managing risks associated with construction projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience 10 years as a CEO or in a Senior Executive Leadership role within the construction industry, with a focus on residential housing projects (a must).
• Experienced managing Mid to Big Scale company sizes over 250-500 persons+ and high revenue. 
• Strong understanding of construction operations, project management methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, managing complex projects, and achieving operational excellence.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving ambitious goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, and MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Visionary mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
