Job Responsibilities
- Overseeing day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring completion of all work such as monthly closing, monthly tax filing, and periodic reporting.
- Being responsible for all accounting and financial functions, local accounting (complied with Thai accounting standards) and group management reporting.
- Being responsible for the overall financial, accounting functions:
- General ledger
- Accounts Payable – Payment to suppliers and vendors check preparation
- Accounts Receivable – Coordination with The operations manager on collectables from printed invoices
- Fixed Assets
- Bank reconciliation/Taxation
- Raising monthly bill run for in-house clients
- Ensuring accurate and timely preparation and filing of all monthly and annual tax forms, including but not limited to withholding tax filing (PND. 53, 54 and PP.36), VAT filing (PP.30), salary withholding tax,(PND. 1, 3), annual tax return (PND.50).
- Managing HR functions including payroll, employee benefits and compensation for all employees.
- Liaising with external auditors, banks and regulatory authorities.
- Administering and ensuring strict adherence to internal control policies.
- Handling any other ad hoc jobs as required by the superior from time to time.
Qualifications
- 30-40 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher degree in Accounting is a must.
- At least experience > 5 years of Accounting full function including payroll from any industry is a must.
- Holding a CPD license could be an advantage.
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
- Familiar to direct reports with a foreigner.
- Able to stand alone, detail oriented and highly responsible.
- Working 5 days/week near BTS Ploenchit.
