Job Details
- Organizing and maintaining files and documents, including proposals, contracts, and communication records.
- Processing expense reports and handling travel arrangements.
- Overseeing the bills, payments and invoices/reimbursements.
- Coordinating between internal teams and external customers/teams or projects.
- Helping in scheduling meetings and appointments with potential clients and partners.
- Handling other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Female, not over 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Has experience in the admin, business development or project coordinating field for at least 2 years.
- If had experience in the IT or Technology industry would be a plus.
- Good command of English.
