Responsibilities
- Contribute to customers’ satisfaction by securing a high level of quality and consistency for the service offered by the company.
- Conducting Product audits and giving feedback to production or relevant teams for improvement.
- The audit is performed in a reasonable frequency and Quality Control Plan.
- Outflow to the market is not over than the planned value.
- Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Sign-off approval on releases ready for UAT and production.
- Conducting Product audits and giving feedback to production or relevant teams for improvement.
- Develop / Training / Maintain / Update quality standards for new and existing manufacturing processes.
- Developing Quality Standards for new products or new processes.
- The quality standard is finished in time.
- Give training effectively to all relevant people.
- Maintaining and updating all relevant quality standards, according to Engineering Change.
- All quality standards must be updated and be ready before change is started.
- Ensuring all quality activities on the floor conform to safety and environmental requirements.
- Assess the risks and minimize them.
- Developing Quality Standards for new products or new processes.
- Lead internal and external quality complaints by following investigation and root cause analysis, determining action plans and tracking status.
- Managing and controlling the status of the quality complaint improvement.
- Provide the status tracking and follow-up to achieve a timeline if needed. The quality defect rate must be improved over time.
- Supporting/following up on the root cause analysis and countermeasure. Monitor the effectiveness of corrective action.
- The quality defect rate must be improved over time.
- Proactively preventing the reoccurrence and minimising the risk of potential quality issues.
- Use risk assessment tools to define quality risks and then minimize them.
- Managing and controlling the status of the quality complaint improvement.
- Apply QMS to Shopfloor which is relevant to quality scope e.g. calibration, DCC.
- Leading all QMS implementation on the shop floor, according to quality responsibility and scope of work.
- Supplier Quality Development.
- Handling material specification and validation.
- Continuous Improvement.
- Handling quality defect rates must be improved over time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- 3-year work experience in Quality Engineering,
- Understand and know QC Tools and Statistics
- Experience in ISO9001 requirements.
- Computer literate in MS Office, email and CAD.
- Utilize in Problem-Solving Skills and Measuring tools (Caliper, Gauge).
