Our client is a leading global telecommunications solutions provider that has built up product portfolios and services including mobile networks, broadband networks, IP-based networks, optical networks, telecom value-added services, and terminals.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing retail operation dashboards and reporting to Management and the Field Operations team.
- Managing and analysing retail mapping and driving the investment strategy.
- Coordinating with HQ and internal function leaders to drive and implement action plans for retail functions.
- Maintaining the retail database system to ensure reliability and accuracy.
- Conducting data analysis, interpreting data, and analyzing results using statistical techniques and data visualization.
- Preparing various daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Working closely with field operations and other users regarding the database system.
Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Statistics, MIS, Economics or any related field.
- Special skills (if required) in Microsoft Excel (advanced level), MIS, and project management.
- Logical thinking and time management skills.
- Good command of English.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Problem-solving skills.
