Our client is a leading construction firm in Thailand. 

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Coordinating resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to ensure project success.
• Monitoring project progress and performance to ensure deadlines are met and within budget.
• Identifying and resolving issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Communicating with stakeholders to provide project updates and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Analyzing project data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Leading and managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Male, 40 years old. 
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of construction in housing, condominiums from middle to luxury, warehouses and factories.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
• Demonstrate strong planning and leadership abilities to manage a remote team.
• Exhibit effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
