• Performing meticulous feasibility studies and site assessments to verify project feasibility.
• Formulating extensive project plans, timelines, and budgets consistent with company goals.
• Facilitating collaboration with the design and engineering team to ensure project designs adhere to regulatory standards and company norms.
• Supervising the construction process to guarantee compliance with project schedule, budget, and quality benchmarks.
• Conducting frequent inspections at construction sites, promptly addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
• Tracking and communicating project advancements to stakeholders, including senior management, through regular monitoring and reporting.
• Working closely with the sales and marketing departments to streamline unit sales and occupancy.
• Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
• Implementing efficient after-sales services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Supervising project budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.
• Guiding and inspiring project teams, nurturing a cohesive and efficient workplace atmosphere.
• Compiling regular progress reports and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years experience in project management and various projects (house/condominium/mixed use/hotel/residence).
• Background in Civil engineering.
