- Performing meticulous feasibility studies and site assessments to verify project feasibility.
- Formulating extensive project plans, timelines, and budgets consistent with company goals.
- Facilitating collaboration with the design and engineering team to ensure project designs adhere to regulatory standards and company norms.
- Supervising the construction process to guarantee compliance with project schedule, budget, and quality benchmarks.
- Conducting frequent inspections at construction sites, promptly addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
- Tracking and communicating project advancements to stakeholders, including senior management, through regular monitoring and reporting.
- Working closely with the sales and marketing departments to streamline unit sales and occupancy.
- Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Implementing efficient after-sales services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Supervising project budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.
- Guiding and inspiring project teams, nurturing a cohesive and efficient workplace atmosphere.
- Compiling regular progress reports and presentations for senior management.
Qualifications
- 7-8 years experience in project management and various projects (house/condominium/mixed use/hotel/residence).
- Background in Civil engineering.
