Job Description

Our client is a leading global information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices provider. 

 Responsibilities

  • Engineering: Installating and Commissioning the Telecom Application & Software product. Including platforms such as OS (Linux based) and RDBMS (MySQL & Oracle), Server and Mini-Computer and Storage. From Project Beginning till PATC/FATC. Supervise Subcontractor for Hardware installation and Survey & Design.
  • Corrective Maintenance: Trouble Ticket Handling according to SLA and Maintenance Agreement.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Network Inspection, System Health and Early-Warning Deployment, According to Maintenance Agreement.
  • Operation Support: For regular system monitoring and maintenance.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering in Telecommunication, Computer, ICT, or related field.
  • Experience in “Telecom Application and Software” Project Roll-Out and Deployment.
  • Technical Support experience related to Telecommunication Software and Applications, Such as CBS – Convergent Billing System, VRBT-Video Ring Back Tone,  CRBT-Color Ring Back Tone, Digital Service, Billing, VAS, and Cloud Computing.
  • Strong Knowledge and Hands-on experience in UNIX (Linux) both in OS and Hardware Levels. Including Windows based platform, and VM (Virtual Machine) Cloud base.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in RDBMS such as Oracle, MySQL, and basic SQL commands.
  • Sound knowledge in Telecommunication Principles, 5G, 4G, LTE, GSM, and NGN, And Data Communication /Networking over TCP/IP protocol.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English.
