Job Description

- Responsible to develop terminal project as assigned for example, participate in FEED, risk assessment, HAZOP, oversight and coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure all design are safe and comply with local and international standards, develop project plan/schedule as well as lead project Gate review session
- Responsible for project execution as assigned and ensuring SSHE, product quality performances are met as well as schedule and cost are within approved plan
- Responsible for ensuring terminal is in compliance with required Technical standards for example, EI/JIG/API and etc.
- Responsible to identify the problem with design, process and recommend improvement action
- Responsible for providing of Technical support to the management as required
- Responsible to maintain site drawings and relevant materials up-to-date
- Responsible to create positive collaboration work environment in terminal
- Support to provide technical aspects for enterprise and SSHE risks/potential hazards assessment as well as mitigation steps/barriers are identified
- Support to provide technical aspects for ensuring Business Management System (BMS) are in comply with KPI/KPIAC’s BMS requirements as well as gap closure plan is developed and implemented by related stakeholders in timely manner
- Support for incident/accident investigation and recommend preventive/corrective actions from Technical point of view
- Support Procurement team on technical & engineering matters
Qualifications
- Thai speaker and good command of English – writing and speaking
- 8 years in technical and engineering with Oil & Gas industry
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferable in Mechanical/Chemical/Petrochemical area)
- Self-motivated and international mindset
- Possess Project management skills
- Proven ability of good communications skills
