Job Description

1. Production Planning

• Developing production schedules based on customer orders, production capacities, and inventory to meet customer’s targets.
• Coordinating with various departments (production, logistics, procurement) to ensure smooth execution of plans.
• Ensuring the creation, modification and closure of production orders on MTO and MTS products.
• Coordinating the material consumption into the custom system

2. Resources Optimization

• Monitoring production chain performance and proposing adjustments to optimize resource utilization.
• Collaborating with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.

3. Inventory Management

• Tracking raw material and finished product inventory levels.
• Implementing stock management strategies on MTS to avoid shortages and excess.

4. Communication

• Regularly communicating with relevant teams to ensure all stakeholders are informed of production plans and any changes.

5. Continuous Improvement

• Contributing to identifying opportunities for improvement in production processes.
• Proposing initiatives to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.

 Required Skills

• Previous experience in production scheduling, preferably in the food and beverage or aroma industry
• Proficiency in scheduling and inventory management software
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work methodically.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in logistics, production management, or a related field.
• Relevant professional experience of at least 2 years
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
