Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) company.
They are currently seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the overall construction management process for new store openings, from site selection and design coordination to contractor management and project completion.
- Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of new store construction projects.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders, including operations, design, and procurement teams, to align project objectives and ensure compliance with brand standards and guidelines.
- Managing external vendors, contractors, and consultants throughout the construction process, including bidding, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
- Conducting regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Handling maintenance and renovation projects for existing store locations, including budgeting, scheduling, and contractor supervision.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement store improvement initiatives and ensure the ongoing operational efficiency of existing locations.
- Providing regular project updates and reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, risks, and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards for all construction and maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the retail industry or QSR business.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, with the ability to create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
