We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join one of our global clients. In this crucial role, you will collaborate with leadership to drive HR initiatives that align with organizational goals and foster a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
Business Partnering Activities
- Serving as a trusted HR partner and main contact for HR-related matters, supporting and advocating the local people strategy.
- Collaborating effectively with the business, providing solutions and innovative ideas, while guiding managers in people-related organizational matters, using data for decision-making.
- Identifying trends and proposing tailored HR solutions that align with the company's goals, influencing decisions and coaching managers for skill enhancement.
- Being the champion of diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being initiatives, ensuring HR alignment across the organization for a unified employee experience.
- Collaborating with local stakeholders to identify and support talent development, career growth, and workforce planning, and assist with global mobility cases when necessary.
Employee Relations
- Managing employee relations for the dedicated business unit in a trustworthy and authentic manner.
- Ensuring consistency and risk management through overseeing the case management system, providing support during crisis management situations, and updating policies in line with legislative changes and business needs.
- Defining communication strategies and agreements with relevant bodies like works councils or unions, ensuring legal compliance and minimizing business risk.
- Overseeing training for management and employees in effective people management and employee relations practices.
HR Operational Efficiency
- Aligning HR activities with business objectives and the local legal framework, in line with the company's people strategy.
- Collaborating with different HR teams to provide seamless HR support, continuously improving people processes.
- Ensuring the integration of new processes, tools, and services, complying with local labour laws.
- Monitoring and maintaining service level agreements with external partners, such as Temporary Workers Agencies and Recruiting Agencies, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in HR within corporate industries.
- A university degree in a related field along with relevant professional qualifications or equivalent education in HR or business management.
- Possesses comprehensive expertise in HR practices tailored to the intricacies of the manufacturing industry in Thailand.
- Effectively merging theoretical understanding with practical application within the company’s specific business environment.
- Good communication in English and Thai.
