Job Description
- Developing and implementing partnership marketing strategies or relationships to increase revenue.
- Building alliances with partners to create revenue through win-win business models, solutions, and potential business opportunities.
- Presenting solutions and marketing strategies to partners through presentations.
- Negotiating and finalising partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and aligned objectives.
- Providing business requirements and negotiating for the best benefit.
- Working with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and business development, to ensure successful partnership implementation and ongoing support.
- Providing business requirements and negotiating for the best benefit.
- Monitoring and reporting on partnership performance, providing regular updates to the management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
- Having experience in Partnership, Corporate marketing, Corporate Sales, or Business Development 3-5 years in the All industry (from Travel or Hospitality industry in a plus).
- Strategic thinking, creativity, problem-solving, and strong leadership with good interpersonal skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of hotel and airline business.
- Good command of English.
